Case Description
I buy sports goods from a manufacturer overseas. These goods are made to my specifications and bear my brand name. I supply sports goods to schools. Recently some of my customers have bought Chinese sports goods with a similar name. They are priced lower than my products. I need lawyer to help with infringement of trademark.
