14 yr old taking medication with a huge sideeffect/ dr doing nothing

Case Description

14yrs old taking accutane for acne.
5 months on drug started to notice major wounds on hands and feet, reported to DR, he did nothing kept him on high dose.
5 fingers involved and 3 toes the worse wounds and skin many nurses and drs have ever seen. He can barely write or walk in the condition he is in, Dr still wants him on drug at highest dose. The oictures will horrify you and we may not ever be ale t reverse the affect this has caused. This side effect only happens to 1% of population so not talked about but very serious. He is in alot of pain and is depressed given the wounds are odouress and affect his school life. I need help with something for the negligent physician and the drug company that is doing nothing.
