Case Description
My car skidded on ice and fell into a ditch. the car needs repairs. The accident took place in the factory where I work. My employers had not salted the yard for days. My insurance will not pay because they say I need comprehensive insurance. I did not buy comprehensive insurance. I need to claim compensation from my employers.
