Case Description
my son drowned at a popular local swimming hole when he fell and was sucked into an underwater cavern on aug 14th 2008.there wasnt any warning signs or no swimming signs at the swimming hole which is in a regional park in our rural neighbourhood even though there had been accidents prior to my sons death.we had also found out afterwards that it had been a topic of safety concern in the local community but nothing had been done about it.we are wondering if we have legal recourse and also how long after the accident do we have to open a case file on the matter.
