Case Description
I need some information on adopting my step children. Their biological mother lives in the States and has no interest in being a "mom" to them. The pennsylvania state has also taken her rights away from another child she has had and now her sister has custody. (The biological mom has also been recently arrested for first degree robbery, conspiracy, and drug charges - all felonies) I have been their mom since the kids were 1 and 4. They are now 3 and 6. My fiance and I are getting married this summer and we also have a son together. We have been a family four two years now and finally the Government has considered me the primary caregiver, and we want to make it legal to ease the stress of the "unknown". PLEASE HELP US!!!!
