Hi There....I am hoping you can help me or send me to someone who can

I am writing you from my hospital room as I wait to have my finger amputated due to negligence of doctors ....yes not just one a couple. I need to know if you are able or can take a case like this and without taking a retainer. My lawyer says this is an open and shut case...quite obvious. I am in desperate need....I am beside myself right now and emotionally a mess.

To make a long story short...I went in for routine surgery...a ganglion cyst...simple in and out not even an hour...day surgery. The freezing didn't come out after about 9hours...finger tip...not anywhere near the cyst started to turn purple...Called telecare and they said not to worry about it...waited 3 more hours and it got worse...more purple...swelling. Went to the emergency at city and several people said they had never seen anything like that before...Dr working said the same thing and called the specialist Dr Skanes....she said she never saw anything like that, pricked my finger to check for circulation....said it needed to do what it was doing....it started to blister, she sent me home with pain medication and said she would call me in the morning. IT got worse throughout the evening, called the hospital and they said there was nothing they could do....again it got worse...went to pull off the band aid and my fingernail and top layer of skin wanted to come off with it....My husband took me back to emergency...the nurses there were shocked as it was even bigger and more purple and said I never should have been sent home. I still had no feeling but the pain was aweful...making me sick...they took me right away but again no one had seen anything like that before and Dr Howlly was on call and told to go in by Dr Skanes and the Dr working emergency. A nurse told me that he had babysitter issues. We watched my finger growing in front of all our eyes...no amount of pain medication was working and I was violently ill. He didn't show up until 430pm!!! Eventually had to slash the skin, cut it all off along with the nail and freeze it.....telling me quite casually that I was most likely now going to lose my finger! I have been in the hospital for pain control by the surgeon Dr Hussain. He is doing the surgery to remove my finger and says that I should blame him. He sent me for many tests and they have all come back clean...nothing wrong with me...Three other doctors think it was the fact that he used freezing and epinephrine. I have been told this is a one in a million thing that happened. Even nurses have told me to take this to court...I've been told to take this to the media....people I don't even know have been touched by my story and everyone thinks something needs to be done

Since I started writing this my finger has been amputated. I am still in the hospital. I desperately need someone to help me. I have been out of work due to a shoulder surgery I had back in February and am unable to return to that place of employment...my family doctor removed me from that type of work.....and my unemployment runs out at the end of december....I had been actively looking for work but now with losing a finger I have to be in therapy to learn how to do things all over again.....I wont be able to work for quite some time. I am emotionally distraught....a complete mess

Can you please help me? Can you take this case? Someone has to be held accountable for this. I documented everything and I have pictures from every single stage and every day...we even have pictures of the surgery itself.
