Case Description
My son last Friday was at his sisters condo in Mississauga. Another fellow at the party became belligerent and intoxicated and continued to provoke my son. He was asked to leave by the tennants-would not--but was finally removed by his friends. My son and a friend went out for a smoke and the individual yelled profanities at him--he went over to talk to the fellow who then open the door on his legs---my son went to pull him out of the car and his friends jumped on my son--he was then sucker punched by this fellow--my son broke free and landed a punch --this smaller fellow fell to the ground and scraped his face and nose. He waited until monday to contact the police and press charges against my son.
We have a court case coming up at the beginning of March. I feel I should press charges for what he did to my son--as well as trespassing for not leaving the premises when he was told to. We would require legal representation and consultation.
