Case Description

Me my g-friend 2 cousins and a friend left the bar to go for pizza. I was intoxicated and started yelling things, was told to shut up, only joking I said "F you", all sudden a police van pulled up and the officer asked what I yelled out I said "F You" but not to you. the 2 officers then jumped out and arrested me with force. being as I was not at all resisting made me angry that they used the force they did as they placed me in the back I spat at the screened door, and I made it known with noise that I did. next thing i heard was did you just spit.and the 2nd door shut. drive to the jail was interesting. once arrived the door swung open and a police officer grabbed me and literally threw me out the van as I was cuffed from behind, once I hit the ground and my jaw felt like it was gonna fall off I knew this was it. ouch the knees came in then the punch, all I could do was scream. next morning at around 10-11, I was released given back my soaken wet t-shirt and no jacket was sent outside in below 10 weather on a jan 2nd 2010. hardly able to move my left arm wich had bruises 6" long a cut chin golf ball above left eye and rib cage that hurts a week and a half later just as bad. I then proceeded to police station to file a report (wich the officer snickered about me doing) I then spoke to another officer who told me to come back on monday morning.Then off to hospital I went to get checked out, supposedly only bruising but im still unsure of ribs cause it still hurts. so now today Jan 11th 2010 a police officer drops off a summonds to appear I guess the officer wasnt happy about me filing a complaint and is charging me for assault hmmmmm yeah right.... I spat at the door and he wasnt near it when doing so, that I knew off anyway. court date is Aug 4th 2010 Summerside
