Case Description

My son has been charged with sexual assault of two counts. he is autistic and doesn't like people touching him and has a thing about germs. His niece used to live in our family until I got very ill as she upted the ante on me by accusing me of hitting which nothing became of it. I have witnesses to prove her behaviours were increasing including school. This I believe is over a dog, she wanted my son's dog and didn't get it also I stay well away from her, communicating only through her social worker with little things for Halloween and Christmas. She also trolls dating sites and had frequently wanted to spend weekends with boys very far away, lost it when I wouldn't take her.
She systematically tore our family apart, managed to chase away most people because they recognized how dangerous she could be. While we recognize she has issues and sympathize however this consistent barrage of acccusations is taking its' toll on my whole family, my son is so distressed I hope we don't have to put him on suicide watch. THE girl also was very violent and we have witnesses to that effect too, throwing bottles, trying to push me down the stairs, taunting my son because she knew how he would respond. I had a small training session on how to treat my son so he isn't being overwhelmed.
She is very bright which is sad because she is using it in a negative way, to gain attention whenever she can.Something the school recognized. Can someone please help my son and our family.He is willing to take a lie detector test to prove he didn't ever touch her or harm her. Court Date in Simcoe Ontario, Dec 15th 2009 My son is 18 and the girl is 14 and apparently there are two counts which one of the dates don't match with her story, apparently she has a witness, which is confusing because who in their right mind would do ANYTHING sexual in front of anyone, anyway and not only that, my son hates people touching him and has a germ thing and he is terrified of scary things and he was terrified of her.
