Case Description

I was involved in an accident while stopped at a traffic light. The other vehicle ran into the rear of my car with heavy force. My car now has warning lights coming on and the car is losing power. There is a knocking coming from under the hood and the car is pulling to the right. There is also damage to the rear of the car. The insurance company only wants to fix the bumper and says that my other claims are false. I need legal advise on where I stand with this and what actions I can take.
