Auto vandalism in a secure parking lot

Case Description
Hello there,
I am writing in regards an auto vandalism that just happened to my SUV while parked in a secure underground parking lot of a high rise building in Toronto. I have been a tenant in this building for about 5 month now, and my tenancy contract will expire in July 31,2010.
After this incident that happened to my SUV, ( Breaking into my car,shattering the driver side glass and stealing my GPS along with the parking long access card). I don't feel secure in this apartment anymore! I would like to consult a lawyer on my options of breaking the lease.
