Case Description

I was working for a seismic company from 2005-2008. i was a seasonal worker. i would travel from nova scotia where i live to alberta leaving my family for months in the winter. i was injured on nov.5th/09. i returned home on nov.24th/08. i was seen by my doctors, i was denied benefits. i have provided medical information to wcb alberta about my injury. i had lots of tests done, xray, ct scan, and MRI, i had to have surgery because of my injury. wcb alberta would pay me, the cut me off then pay me and cut me off. my doctors are still saying im not ready for work. i had a major operation done on my back. i have applied denial of benefits and was denied. one of my employers have given wcb alberta wrong information. when i had a conference call about the final appeal on oct.14th/09 it was between the appeals who had rep. me, one of my employers, and the commissioner and when i was asking one of my employers questions i caught them in lies and the commissioner even caught on to it but yet i still lost? my rep from the appeals couldnt understand why i was denied. she thought for sure that i should have won the case. my case manager is trying to force me back to work. i cant. even my doctors say i cant. im still having ongoing pain. if i refuse to do what i have to do they cut my benefits. even if my doctors provide my case manager letters stating im not ready to go back to work she will get there and say that they told her i was capable and when i take it up with my family doctor and neurosurgeon they tell me thats not true. and i have to go through this program and if i dont then my benefits will be cut (they are as of oct.24th/09) im tired of this. there is a lot more to this case. i know i have a case but its just trying to fnd legal help in alberta where im living in nova scotia. please i need help....
