Case Description
The maintenance company had been given the contract for the housekeeping services of the condo complex that we manage. They have n't been carrying out the tasks according to the terms and conditions of the contract. Complaints have been received from residents of the condo. We want to take action against the company for lack of services and loss of some business. This is a serious issue since Condo owners are blaming us for this mishap and mismanagement.
