Description

Law Type:Employment / Labour
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Specific Issue: Employment Contracts

Case Description

I worked with the company from 11-06 until 09/09 when I was laid off. The first 9 months was employment in China and 08/07 I began a Canadian contract with Canadian pay. When I was laid off, I requested my ROE the same day (09/14/09) and still have not received it to file for EI. Also, I am owed 5 outstanding pays as well as two airline tickets that are stated in the two contracts. Not to mention, pay was always late so there was a frequent breach of contract. I would like to find a lawyer to help me collect these monies. Thank you.
