Case Description
We have recently organized a group trip of 59 people and the travel agent supposed to provide us breakfast as per contract. He breached the contract and talked very rough when we approached him for explaination. The value is only about 180 CDN, however, it is a matter of pride before otehr community members. Can somebody help us with this situation
