Case Description
We(company A) recently hired a service provider(company B) to work on my client\'s e-Commerce site. We made a 50% deposit as requested by the service provider. On 09/18 the service provider expressed his intention of NOT continuing to work on our project by refunding our deposit. We told the service provider that we would respect his decision and asked the service provider to initiate the refund. However, the service provider immediately changed his mind about the refund. Since then we\'ve been trying to reason with the service provider but without any success. It is not our intention to complicate the matters but the service provider is not responding to our request. We feel not treated fairly.
We are wondering if we have a case against the service provider for breaching of service agreement and are allowed to seek financial remedy from the service provider for our losses(both financial and non financial).
