Case Description
I was shopping downtown and trying to cross the street. A speeding cab brushed past me hitting my hand. Broke my wrist at the force of impact. Cab driver did not stop in spite of being waved down by people. I have the license number of the cab. I want to claim for costs of getting broken wrist treated
