Case Description
I have been building residential townhomes for 10 months for my biulder, the site is ending, my biulder and I are constantly butting heads so I decide to find somthing else, the curent site is 90% complete, the builder owes my company 20% that is remaining, I start my new sight, leaving 3 emloyees to finish the job, builder declares that the sight is not finished gives a letter stating that the job is abandoned unless there is progress in the next 72hrs, I agee. The problem is the builder declared that the emloyees sent were not my emloyees, they are now hired from the builder directly to finish the job, the employees are still covered under my compo, using my tools and supplys and being paid out of my contract.
