Case Description
A few years ago I made the grave mistake of accepting my accountant to create false receipts. As a result I have been charged by CRA for those fraudulent receipts - of which I completely agree that I should pay back. However I do not agree with the amount they are charging me. The interest and penalty is more than double what I received. I have paid back most but would like fight the interest that they are imposing.
