Case Description
I am a green card holder (US). I was sent to Canada by my company for an INTRA COMPANY transferee. I wasn't allowed to enter for work temporarily in Canada by the immigration officers. I explained that I needed only 8 days to cover for a co worker. Immigration officers only reason is that I'm not US Citizen therefore not covered by NAFTA. They also insisted that I should have LMO. I did my research and found out that's not the case and I can apply for a permit at the port of entry at the CBSA office
Their wrong decision and incorrect application of procedure or law might cost me my job or hurt work performance and dependability. Not to mention the embarassment and humiliation I got due to that incident. It cause me tremendous stress and sleepless nights. Please help. Thanks.
