Cancel wife's visa to send her back home

Case Description
I had brought my wife over to live with me here in Canada. I am from India and has married this girl out there. After coming here I arranged for her visa to join me. She is not happy here and wants to go back. She is even willing to give me divorce to do that. I want her visa canceled. I would like a lawyer to see that everything is handled properly. I do not want any problems later on
