Case Description

I had a car accident on October, 2008. I was heading East to West in Highway seven near Bayview and a lady made a sudden left turn. Police charged her careless driving and I still have the police report. one the passenger in her car, who is injured has filed law suit againt her as well as me for millions damage. I just earn enough to pay my bills. It seems that the guy already has claimed from the her as well as mine insurance company. Now I have no idea what I should do whether I have to defend or keep quite appear in the court because I can't afford hiring Lawyer. Therefore, I am looking for a lawyer that will take this on a contingency basis.

Your own insurance company will appoint counsel to defend the action against you. That is what you pay insurance premiums for.
As far as seeking a lawyer to handle something on a contingency basis, I presume you are talking about a claim for injuries you suffered. You should detail what those were as not everybody has the right to sue anymore.
