Case Description
Hello i was in a car accident sunday oct, 4 /2009 @ 7:20pm my boyfriend was driving and the battery died in the car that we were driving so we pulled over to the side of the road as far as we could get it. my boyfriend called his friend to tell him that the car broke down cause it wasnt ours we were going to buy it but decided not to, so thats why we were bringing it back... so we have no lights at all because we have no battery it died... we were on a stright strech on the side of the road ready to call CAA to get a toe to his friends place and the jeep charokie comes flying down the road must have been going 80 90 km/hr on a rainny nnight and hit us from behind... now we both can hardly move i was wondering if we have a case or if its going to be a waste of time to try to get anything out of it... i am 24 years old and my boyfriend is 18 soon to be 19...
