Case Description
I was in a car accident in Jan 1997. We were driving down the street when we were hit by drunk drivers.I was the passenger when we hit I ended up going through the windshield of the vehicle from there I spent days in the hospital I had alot of scaring to the left side of my face and have been through plastic surgery.That is the minor part I have been diganosed as a bi polar and struggle with work day to day living. I am now on medication for the rest of my life due to this which i pay for out of my pocket. I have tried to talk to SGI about the Bi polar which I was told that it was not a cause of the accident but I have never had any issues regarding this from the time I was a kid till after my accident. Do i have a case that is worth trying to fight or would I be wasting my time. The only thing I have ever been paid out for is the scars.
