Case Description
My boyfriend and I have a 2 year old daughter who was part of a supervision order due to my mother calling due to my having two minor insulin reactions while I had the flu. The case worker has seriously mishandled the case and we want to know what steps we can take. Our daughter was apprehended on Dec 22/09 without any reason for the apprehension, there was no abuse or anything wrong. we met with our workers supervisors and they returned her to our care immediately on Jan 6.10 and apologized. they left the same worker on the case and we are frustrated with her incompetence and feel her office doesn't listen to our concerns. We need assistance of collaborative family law lawyer.
