Case Description
Police submitted a telewarrant Feb. 28, 2009 to telewarrant centre in New market 6:02 PM. ITO was sealed at 6:05 by JP ITO used was a form 487 and not a 487.1 that was signed by the Police and the JP. There was no time on the telewarrant and the ITO as per 487.1 s. 11 and Form 5.1. Police entered my home without defective telewarrant. Telewarrant was faxed back to SSPS at 6:49 PM Feb. 28, police broke down my door at 6:32 and 6:35 as per their memo notes, said Police and broke down the door. Crown offered me a plea deal, take 5 months house arrest, and we will drop the trafficking charges. My lawyer said if it as any other court house but Bradford I could get you off. Full disclosure was not made no pictures of drugs seized or any sign off sheets of drugs weighed etc. I need a second opinion and maybe more legal representation.
