Case Description
After having a few glasses of wine decided to go to the casino, only to be served and then told by security that we had to drink our drinks and leave, they phone the cops, I get pulled over and asked to go to police car. While in police car my vehicle was searched and not knowing one of the parties had a container of weed reminisce with him I was taking in to the detachment. The quantity was small next to none, but I am being charged with possession. They released my truck to another party without my consent I was a giving breathalyzer blew 140. I was never read my rights or offered counsel, nor was I offered a phone call. The police department took it upon themselves to phone a ride for me, then I was taking to the front and told I was released...
