Case Description

I need help from a lawyer to get visitation rights to see my children and also to have an independent custody evaluation done to determine if my ex-spouse is competent to have full custody of the children. I was in a common-law relationship for ten years and split in August. We had an arrangement that I would see the kids three times a week. Since visits were at my ex\'s house it was agreed she would have food prepared for the visits. This was negotiated through a mediator but we did not follow through the mediation process until the end. My ex is trying to make a case that I am abusing her and that I am not mentally stable because I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. The last visit with my kids I requested to end early because I forgot my medication at home and I didn\'t want any complications from missing my scheduled dose.
