Case Description
My husband i and have been married for 4yrs now and separated for 9 months. we had 2 supervision orders through children and family services given to us while we were living in same house due to abuse my husband was doing to our son, and daughter and youngest son, 3 kids total we have. I was told to leave and if i did not, i would have my children taken away. i left of course with my kids and we moved in with my parents. right now i want sole custody of my kids and i would like the father to have supervised access. i need a good lawyer who will fight for me and stand up for my kids and me.
