Case Description
I was laid off. Just before getting laid off I was taking treatment. This was because of a continuous pain in my back and shoulders. The doctor says it is the result of constantly turning wrenches. I wanted to finish the treatment before claiming compensation. I need to claim compensation even after being laid off.
