Case Description
One of the clerks in our office did not merit promotion. Her application was denied by us. She complained to us about her boss saying he made unwelcome advances to her. We transferred her to a different section pending enquiry into her allegation. She gave in her resignation. She has now filed a case of sexual harassment against us. We need a good lawyer to help us.
