Case Description
I have developed a prototype of a device. The device will help revolutionize the construction industry. Further, there is a manufacture interested in purchasing my idea. I frist need a patent to protect my invention. the problem is that the manufacturer wants to be a co-owner of the patent. I am not sure if this is safe. Need Legal Advice.
