Case Description

We have lived together for just over 17 months. Six months ago we signed a mortage for a house that was purchased with my money as a first time home buyer. I have paid the mortgage since living there. I would like to keep the house. I gave her a down payment for a car and co signed the financing papers. I would like to get my name off the papers. Finally we have a child together, 15 months. I would like to pursue joint custody.
