Description

Law Type:Real Estate
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Specific Issue: Construction / Development

Case Description

I bought a condo last year. I have done some renovation but do not touch any electricity, water, gas and the building structure. I just build a wall to separate the guestroom. No any electricity switch and wiring on the wall. Now the condo management company orders us to remove/destroy the renovation. This renovation cost us about $4,000.00 dollars and removing would cause inconvenience. It suffered me seriously.
