Case Description
I have worked for my current employer for over 4 years now. I was lured away from my previous company by being told I would be paid my current salary. I have an offer of employment signed by myself and my company stainf what my wage would be. After four years they are now trying to cut my annual wage by over 20k. It is going to force me to quit and I see this as constructive dismissal. This is totally unfair as I quit another job to take this one and have turned down other employment offers while working here. It states in the offer of employment that anything not included in the offer is not valid. But now they are saying that is wrong and there are other circumstances that they must cut my wages. I am looking for legal help and consultation.
