Continued Pain and Suffering from work place injury

Case Description
I fell of a ladder in 2008 [feb/mar]during work hours.
I was of work for about 3 weeks and covered by WCB.
I was declared fit after 3 months but continue to be in pain.
Recent MRI reesults showed that I have a muscle tear in my shoulder area thus causing discomfort.
My options are surgery, injection or physio.
I have had several physio sessions and not so keen on the other two.
I want to explore my options for compensation.
