Case Description
My friend a contract worker was was ordered deportation by the immigration based on the court decision DUI case (driving under the influence of liquor), despite his employer's extension of his employment & willingness to still hire him. Furthermore, he had a canadian citizen girlfriend willing to marry him just to save him from being deported, ( my friend was previously married back to his home country, but they've been separated for many years now)can he appeal his deportation due to his conjugal relationship w/ the citizen girlfriend, he's been ordered to leave before the end of february 2010. We are looking for a deportation lawyer to consult / hire asap.
