Case Description
My father died in December 2009. We hadn't spoken in 10 years because he didn't like that I had asked for spousal support when my husband left me. My father also told my mother that my ex was the son he never had (I have 2 brothers). My ex is also a trustee of my father's will and he told me tonight that he contacted my father's lawyer after I asked for a copy of my father's will. My ex was told not to give me a copy of the will. I'm thinking there must be something they don't want me to see. How can I do anything (re: possibily contesting the will) if I don't know what's in it?
