Case Description
My brother and i have custody of our little sister and a brother who are now 13 and 16 years old respectively. We were victims of my father for the dmestic voilence. that time our mother was not with us so court allow us to have the guardianship for our sister and brother until mothers arrives to canada. Now our mother is here and we want to transfer the guardianship to our mother and she is our biological mother who gave us and the little sister and brother the birth.
