Case Description
The principals had offered me a contract saying I would be their sole representative in town. That was the agreement we had signed. I was happy with that until another dealer was appointed in the same area. I asked the principals about it. They say my performance is not up to the mark. I am doing good business. I do not agree with the principals. I would like representation to pursue legal actions
