Case Description
We supplied the diamonds to this man company. We have been working together for several months. There were delays with him, the last time he promised to pay in 1 month, somehow it is lasting for 4 months and he keeps to promise us and tells that his partner is involved into this matter or simply doesn`t respond on the phone. He is based in Calgary. We would like to order a letter first and to sue him if it doen`t help. The diamonds were shipped from NY. I have the confirmation of the address that he indicated in his email where to send the diamonds and that they were delivered by Fedex. Please let me know what needs to be done on my end to proceed?
