Discriminated after surgery

Case Description
I have worked for 10 years in my employer’s company. Five years ago, I had heart surgery. The employers gave me light duties. This was really unnecessary because I was capable of doing all tasks after surgery. My employers insisted that I could not cope at the time. In the last five years they have not given me a promotion. All other employees who have put in the years have got promotions. I am being discriminated because of my surgery five years ago.
