Case Description
I believe I have been wrongfully terminated because of my colour. I am an Indian and I work in a company where majority are asian and white. The blamed the market for releasing me, however I had seniority and better review than most others. I have been always good at my job and I have the reviews and work to prove it. This completely doesn't make sense and I want to understand if I can take legal action for this. Thank you.
