Case Description

Hi, I am going through a divorce in Toronto. My wife and I are Canadian and we got married in Toronto. We had lived in California with our one and only son for almost 10 years until we separated 1.5 years ago.

While we were doing financial negotiation, my wife had transferred all the fund from our joint account to her account in X without advance notice nor my authorization.

In addition, she had threaten me in an email that if I don't gave her all the saving we had and pay her way above the law required, she will not let me see my son.
