Case Description
Long story short, I found that my husband was having and trying to act on feeling he had for one of his co-workers. They are both ministry social workers. He moved out assuring me he was not leaving me and our two year old daughter. He moved back to Canada and obtained an apartment that him and his "friend" now live in. They have been living together for 3 months. I have received no child support except for $200 he gave back when he first left us. He is living with another woman whom is also married. They are looking to buy a home together. We are NOT LEGALLY even separated and he is living with someone else. I want to know legally what I can do? I am losing our home because of his actions, my vehicle is a 1992 Ford Explorer and on it's last legs. My husband is now telling me that in order for our two year old daughter to stay on his BC medical she must reside in Canada and therefore is going for residency of her. The weird thing is for the two years we all resided in the States it was never an issue.
