Case Description

Hi,

Divorcing wife after 4 years of marriage and 2 children later. We have a few assets to divide including who takes care of the children. I think I'm willing to give her sole custody, however get visitation rights to my children. Right now I'm looking for a divorce lawyer to help me with this, I think she may agree with mediation too, but haven't discussed this until I get some advise on how the divorce proceedings might play out.
