Case Description
After our 10th wedding anniversary, she tells me that she has been unfaithful.
She rationalizes it by saying that it was not intercourse, however it was with strangers on the internet, putting herself at risk.
I become the punching bag.
I try to get us into counseling.
She attends counseling until the counselor tells her that I am not ALL in the wrong, that she shares some of the responsibility.
She cheats again, with a stranger.
wont go to counseling.
wont talk.
is burning through our line of credit on the house.
I have had enough.
I have wanted to try and resolve things for a year now.
She wont even talk.
we sleep in separate bedrooms.
How do I divorce, and maintain my relationship with my daughter, and my step-son. Need a family lawyer to sort this out.
I want to move on, and heal.
I realize that it is not helping my daughter, for her to see this every day.
