Case Description
I was pulled over in Ridgetown,Ontario on Feb.8 At 2:30 am.I Stupidly took my Dads work truck to visit a friend in Ridgetown,without a valid license,so I am also finned for that and also an open container of Liquor. I was taken to Chatham Kent police headquarters for a breathalyzer test,which I failed..220 the first time and 210 the second time. On the breathalyzer printout...the date that the officer signed was Jan,31. I really need to take this case to a lawyer and fight it.Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
