Case Description
Our father died after a long spell of illness leaving all his money to his two children and the house to our mother. My mother and his lawyer are the executors of the will. On the very night that our father died, the lawyer moved into the house with our mother. We heard from neighbors that the affair between my mother and the lawyer had being going on for a long time. Can we ask that they be removed as executors of the will? We can’t trust them in the light of this revelation.
