Case Description

I have two children who have been in my care for the past three weeks. they were placed with the mother's mother by CAS instead of being sent here with me. I have had joint custody of my daughter for years but there is no custody order for my son as he was not born yet when the order was made. My children came back from a visit this weekend and told me that thier mother told them that the next weekend that they go down that she is going to be keeping them. but CAS has said that she is not allowed to be unsupervised with the children. These children were in ridgetown with the mother then moved to chatham with the maternal grandmother now they are here in windsor with me and I dont know where there mother is as I only send the kids for weekend visits with their grandmother not the mother. i would like to appy for a temporary or permanent exparte order for full custody of both of the children so that the mother can not take them. I can get legal aid but i need a lawyer that can do this quickly and efficiently.
